HOW TO APPLY FOR MONTHLY SEASON PARKING 

  1. Submit Your Application: Fill out the season parking application form at the Meditel customer service counter.

  2. Provide Necessary Documents: SGH staff only​

  • Photocopy of Identity Card

  • Photocopy of Employee ID

  • Photocopy of Offer Letter

  • Photocopy od SGH Car Sticker 

  • Photocopy of Green Card (if the vehicle being used is not the property of applicant, the applicant must have the authorization letter from the vehicle owner)

   3. Payment Options: Payment can be made via online transfer.
